Order Confirmation
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.
If the item title shows preorder for your country, your order is preorder. Usually preorder will ship out in 2 weeks after you placed the order.
Shipping
Germany: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU Plug, free shipping, no customs.
Ireland: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU plig, please pay attention.
Europe: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU plug.
Island and remote address: We can only ship from China, buyer need bear customs clearance fee.
1, We offer Fast shipping via DHL, GLS, or other couriers in 24 hours after we got your order(Business days).
2, After the order is processed, allow 4 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you.
3, If your tracking number haven’t update in 5 days, please contact us to check it.

Return
We are confident that our LED grow lights will provide you with a spectacular grow, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please contact us here. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace you product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s).
Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before returning any and all items. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear.
All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned.
Return policy
The light can be returned or replaced within 30 days after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. No quality issue, buyer need bear the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, we the refund is out of our hands and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International shipments: If we ship your light to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will not be refunded from us. Nor will Spider Farmer take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are confirmed by email upon placement and processed within 1–3 business days. Once packed, a tracking number is emailed to you.
Orders may be canceled or shipping addresses modified prior to shipment. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if any changes are required.
Carriers & Delivery
We ship via regional couriers — UK Post, Yodel, Hermes, and others — assigned automatically by destination and parcel size.

Shipping Costs & Duties
Free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold (if any) is shown at checkout. Orders ship from our regional warehouse, so no import duties or additional taxes apply to buyers.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent once the carrier scans your parcel. If not received within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact support.
2. Discount Code Rules
- One discount code per order. Stacking will cause the order to be cancelled and refunded.
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively to paid orders.
- Codes cannot be combined with sitewide promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Codes are non-transferable and may be revoked if used fraudulently.
3. Return Policy
Return Window
Return or replacement requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on tracking. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
Non-quality returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, covering original outbound shipping and listing costs. This is deducted from the refund.
4. Return Process
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused by our warehouse and are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refunds
Inspection & Timeline
Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days; actual arrival depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refunds cannot be redirected to a different account.
Partial Refunds
- Items returned with missing accessories or free gifts
- Items returned in used or damaged condition beyond normal inspection
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging from multiple angles Including all sides and corners of the intact package
- Clear photos of all shipping labels and carton labels on the outer box Including tracking labels, barcodes, and any external markings
- Photos or videos of the defective/incorrect item Must clearly show the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
- Order information Order number or order screenshot
The specific compensation plan will be discussed with the after-sales department. Meanwhile, please retain the damaged packaging before the case is closed, as the carrier may require an inspection.
7. Exchanges
If a replacement is required, please first discuss the arrangement with the after-sales department.

Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery with the carrier. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or held at customs beyond the carrier's retention window and is destroyed or returned to sender, Spider Farmer cannot provide a refund or replacement. For international orders, please monitor your tracking and respond promptly to any carrier or customs notices.
