Spider Farmer Five Years Limited Warranty

To obtain warranty service, please contact Spider Farmer using the information described at www.spider-farmer.com. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.

Spider Farmer will provide warranty service through the following options, which are only available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and Australia.

1. Each product requires the consumer to provide proof of purchase, receipt of goods can be no reason to return and exchange in 30 days. Grow Tents must be in its original condition. Spider Farmer will bear the shipping cost for return or replacement.

2. If a defect arises within 2 years, Spider Farmer will provide free after-sale service. If customer return a Product or part that is ineligible for service, Spider Farmer will charge customer credit card/paypal for the authorized amount.

3. The LED lights purchased for 2 to 5 years can get free accessories or trade-in allowance

1. Please fill out the “Warranty Request Form” to describe your issue in detail and provide your order information.

2. You will get a reply or solution within 24 hours. If not, please contact our official email: info@spiderfarmer.co.uk.

Disclaimer

1. There will be a repair fee to be paid:
If the light is tampered with or found to be damaged by the customer.
The warranty is void:
If damage caused by abnormal use, such as dripping water, inputting voltage error, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc.
The extent of warranty is ultimately at SPIDER FARMER’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
2.We only provide a warranty to customers who boughtitems from the authorized stores, such as our official website, authorized Amazon/eBay store, retailer, distributor, agent.

SPIDER FARMER RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us. We will respond to your questions within one business day.
Please do notice:
1. NO returned product will be accepted and inspected without a “Return Request” approved by SPIDER FARMER.
2. Please keep the return package intact and provide pictures to expedite refund review. If accessories(e.g. wires, controllers, hangers) are missing, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
3.TENT can only be returned within its original condition.
