Order Confirmation
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.
- If the item title shows preorder for your country, your order is a preorder. Usually, preorder will ship out in 2 weeks after you placed the order.
Shipping
- UK: Ship from UK warehouse with UK Plug, free shipping(Due to peak season, shipping fees may apply to some UK areas. Fees will be shown at checkout), no customs.
- Ireland: Ship from the UK or Germany warehouse, please pay attention.
- Island and remote address: We can only ship from China; the buyer needs to bear the customs clearance fee.
- We offer Fast shipping via Yodel, Hesmes, or other couriers in 24 hours after we got your order(Business days).
- After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you.
- If you have not got your tracking number within 24 hours after pay( business days) and your tracking number haven't update in 3 days, please contact us to check it.
UK Shipping Delay Notice
Due to ongoing severe weather conditions in Europe, UK-bound shipments may experience delays during transit and final delivery.
Orders are currently expected to be delayed by 2–3 business days. We are working closely with our logistics partners to minimize the impact.

Return
We are confident that our LED grow lights will provide you with a spectacular grow, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please contact us here. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s).
- Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before returning any and all items. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear.
All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned.
Return policy
The light can be returned or replaced within 30 days after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. No quality issue, buyer need bear the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, the refund is out of our hands, and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt, and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International shipments: If we ship your light to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package, and you will not be refunded by us. Nor will Spider Farmer take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.

Perfect light for younger to young adult plants. I bet you could micro grow in a closet with this light with good results .
I love this light. Pretty powerful. I use this for seedlings and it’s amazing for this purpose. Now I need more of these, I like it so much.
Fantastic lights! I wanted to review these since I don’t grow Marijuana – only vegetables and flowers. These worked fantastic for my tomatoes, tomatillos, peppers (hot and sweet) and everything else. I ended up with 5 of them for all my starts and the lights really worked well. They fit great on the black and silver racks from home depot/menards/lowes/etc. and give terrific light. I even (later in the starting season) had plants on the floor around the racks and they got enough light to keep going.
When compared to T5 lights (garage lights), these were much better, the plants happier (more dark green leaves) and growth much faster. The shipping was quick, and the packaging good enough that I am storing the lights in the original boxes. 10/10.
There are others that have wifi control, more adjustments etc, but for pure functionality – highly recommend these. You may want to partner them with a power strip with a timer, or a power strip so its a quick on/off (I strapped one to a leg of one of the racks), but overall – great.
I’m using this light to grow veggies in the winter inside. I’ll switch to starting seedlings come spring. For now it works great and doesn’t get hot. It hangs from some bird feed holders I mounted on the sides of the planter. The adjustable length on the loops is nice as the plants grow I can pull the light up and away easily. Now if it only had a built in timer to turn on and off!
This is a great wee light does my seedlings in a 4×2 perfect only for veg tho 10-10
