Delayed to Get Your Package?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. The logistics are always out of our control, which will be affected by the weather, COVID-19, and so many factors. We fully understand this worry and anxiety, but trust us! We will always take responsibility for our customers and your order.

Here are some ways you could try to help find your package:

1) Check that your shipping address is correct.
The shipping address lies under your order confirmation email.

2) Check around your home or building, or with families or neighbors.
Packages may have been left backdoor, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.
Packages may have been signed by your families.

3) Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

4) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.
